Our design team will guide you through the initial stages of your build and provide you with advice on what you need to start your own self build, loft conversion, renovation or extension.
The first stage of the design phase will involve a site visit from our highly skilled architect and builder to discuss your project. Our architect will take note of what you are hoping to create and help you make the most of your space. Once you are happy with our architect’s recommendations and fees, they will draw up a detailed plan to be submitted for planning permission, if required.
High quality and detailed plans are created by our architect, who has a clear understanding of what is required by planners and building standards officer in order for your planning to be accepted.
Once you are fully satisfied with the architectural drawings, we will then submit your planning application. Our design team will keep you up to date on the progress of your application. After your application has been approved, we will introduce our engineer who will provide the necessary drawings required in order to obtain the building warrant.
Once the planning permission and building warrant have been obtained, our build team will take over. Our builders will be in constant communication with the design team and the client. They will visit the site to discuss your specifications for the build and provide a detailed quote with a breakdown of the costs.
